BEGINNING YOUR CAREER WITH AYOUB’S
Before you can open your new Ayoub's franchise, we need to make sure this is a good fit for you and for us. That’s why we’ve developed a comprehensive Discovery Process to help us learn more about each other and make an informed decision about your future.
Step 1:
Watch the Ayoub's Company Overview and talk to our Development Team.
Once you fill out the inquiry form, you will receive a Company Overview video which will highlight our business/business model, the market opportunity, and our franchise model. After watching the video, you will next have a conversation with our Ayoub's development team to learn more and determine if this opportunity is right for you.
Step 2:
Watch the Ayoub's Brand, Marketing and Operations video.
We will send you more videos. Why is this so important? Because you will begin to learn how we help drive customers into your Ayoub’s location, and then how we service them to keep them coming back, again and again. Get this part right? And you will build a highly successful business. It’s a critical step to the Ayoub’s journey.
After reviewing this video, we will schedule a follow up call with our Development Team.
Step 3:
Build a financial model and review our FDD
By this stage, you will have a pretty good idea if owning an Ayoub's franchise is right for you, so now it is time to dive into the numbers. In this stage, you will build a financial model of the business and then receive a copy of the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). This document, similar to an investment prospectus, contains all the necessary information about your future Ayoub's franchise so you can make a more informed decision.
Step 4:
Walk through the FDD together with us.
FDD’s are often difficult to understand, so we will walk you through the document step by step so you understand how we will make sure the Ayoub's brand stays strong as we grow, and what is most important to us when you operate and succeed at this business.
Step 5:
Have a call with our Founder and CEO
Meet Amir during the process and have a conversation about your goals, ideas, and plans for the future. We are building a nut empire, and want highly engaged and passionate people to join our team and potentially take an active role in the growth process.
Step 6:
Attend a Ayoub's Discovery Day
If you have made it this far throughout the process, we will next invite you to one of Ayoub's locations for a full day. You will meet members of our team to get the answers to any final questions you may have. You will leave this day knowing if Ayoub's is the right franchise for you.
Step#7 Signing
Congratulations, you are now an Ayoub's business owner!
You will now enter into our comprehensive Ayoub’s start up program, the first step in opening your new business!
Once you sign, you will begin working with our Real Estate team to search for the right location in your territory.
